The villa benefits from its own private tennis court (opening 2013), private forest walk, and large playing lawn for any ball games fully surrounded in wood fencing – perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a beautiful rose garden with stunning lake views, furnished with a picnic table and deck chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With four double bedrooms, and four bath rooms the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The games room has Wi-Fi, Wii and professional Slate bed snooker table, a pool table and table football along with a host of toys and games. The four acre site has ample room for the children to play or just stroll around at leisure in the well-kept gardens. The gardens have enough space to play badminton, croquet and football along with a fully enclosed and flood lit tennis court with well drained natural grass, which will be available in 2013. There is also a children’s play area fitted out with a sand pit, swings, slide and a 14′ trampoline. Archery lessons and mountain bikes are available for an extra charge. We are located only a few miles from a new mountain bike circuit. The forest walk joins onto the 2 mile lake side walk and being flat is ideal for easy walking jogging or cycling and of course been off road is very safe. It is also a local nature reserve.
